2026 Mission Trips
TLC Summer Mission Trips
This summer, join us as we partner with Crossroads Missions to serve others through two mission opportunities—both rooted in compassion, service, and tangible impact. Whether you’re called to community outreach, hands-on rebuilding, or both, there is a place for you on this mission.
From June 7–13, we will serve in New Orleans, Louisiana, staying at Camp Hope where housing and meals are provided. This trip is open to teens and adults and focuses on community outreach projects such as assisting with homes impacted by Hurricane Katrina, providing meals for the homeless and those in need, hosting community center activities, and leading a neighborhood cookout. The approximate cost for this week-long trip is $450 per person and reflects our heart to serve from our hands to their hearts.
Later in the month, June 17–20 (tentative), we will travel to Johnson County, Tennessee, an area heavily affected by severe flooding. This mission opportunity is geared toward skilled workers—including carpenters, plumbers, electricians, HVAC workers, and painters—who are willing to use their skills to help rebuild homes and restore hope. Teens 14 and older may participate when accompanied by an adult. We will stay at Mountain City First Christian Church, where meals and lodging are provided. The approximate cost for this trip is $175 per person, offering a powerful way to serve through skill and love through action.
Participants may choose to serve on either trip or both.
Sign-up and a $50 deposit are required by March 8.
Pray about where God is leading you this summer and take a step of faith to serve. Lives will be impacted—starting with yours.
