Kid’s Service Project and Lunch
Join us on April 21st for a heartwarming service project aimed at spreading joy to our local elementary school teachers!
Details: Kids will have the opportunity to build care bags and write thoughtful notes for the teachers at Williamsburg and Mt. Orab elementary schools. These bags will serve as a much-needed pick-me-up for our hardworking educators after testing season.
Activities:
- Bag building and note writing will commence during service.
- Kids are encouraged to stay after service to finish up their creations.
Lunch:
- All participating kids will receive a delicious lunch consisting of lunch meat sandwiches and chips.

Helping Hands for Local Seniors
Join Us in Making a Difference for Our Local Seniors!
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and lend a helping hand to those who’ve paved the way for our community? Our outreach group is proud to announce our partnership with Clermont County Senior Services for a series of meaningful projects aimed at assisting seniors in need.
Spring through Fall Yard Work Assistance Program
Join us for one project per month, where we’ll be tackling yard work tasks to support our local seniors. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals and families of all ages to come together and make a positive impact in our community.
Who We’re Helping: Our beloved seniors in Clermont County who could use a helping hand with yard maintenance.️
What to Bring: Volunteers will need to bring their own tools for clipping/trimming, weeding, raking, and any other season-appropriate yard work. Don’t forget sun protection, gloves, and plenty of water to stay hydrated!️
Suggested Project Dates: Mark your calendars for these upcoming dates:
- May 4th, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
- June 22nd, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
- July 27th, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Join Us for VBS Opportunities!
If you’re interested in being a part of our VBS team, we invite you to join us on May 19th after the service in the elementary room. We have various roles available to suit different interests and skills. A few examples are:
- Station Leader: Lead and facilitate activities at a specific station.
- Station Helper: Assist the Station Leader with activities and tasks.
- Crew Leader: Guide and supervise a group of children throughout the VBS program.
- Photographer: Capture memorable moments during the event.
- Decorations: Help create a vibrant and engaging environment for VBS.
- Meal Preparation: Contribute by making a meal for the volunteers and their families.
- Clean-Up/Set-Up: Assist with setting up before the event and cleaning up afterward.
- Preschool Team: Engage with our youngest participants and help them have a great experience.
We’re excited to have you join our team as we “Dive into Friendship with God” and create lasting memories for our children.
