Community Outreach Event Announcement Join the Outreach Team in Making a Difference at Lightshine Community Center!

Date: Monday, May 11, 2026
Time: 5:00 pm (arrival time) - 7:00 pm ️

What: We will prepare, provide, and serve a heartwarming meal to approximately 75 people from our community. Additionally, we are seeking volunteers who can spend some time sitting and interacting with the guests while they enjoy their meal.

Where: Lightshine Community Center 4359 E. Bauman Ln. Batavia, OH 45103 (It's not at The Crossing. It's the red brick building to the right of the church.)

Come be a part of this wonderful initiative and make a positive impact on the lives of those in need. Your time and dedication can truly make a difference.

We also need donations of desserts. Please contact Rachel if you can help by providing a dessert for this event.

Come be part of a heartwarming afternoon as we visit Lytle Trace to interact with the senior residents. This special time usually includes food, fun activities, and uplifting music. The residents are engaging, lively, and love connecting with visitors.

Join us on Sunday, May 31st, during service as we honor and pray over our high school seniors as they enter the next chapter of their lives.

Details: We’re gearing up for summer with a fun-filled celebration for the whole family!

Activities:
• Enjoy a delicious meal together.
• Celebrate the end of the school year and the start of summer with games and activities for all ages.

Food Arrangements:
• We’ll be providing meat and drinks for everyone.
• If your last name falls between A and L, please bring a dessert to share.
• If your last name falls between M and Z, please bring a side dish to share.

Volunteer Opportunity:
